Web Site Maintenance
Give your site visitors a reason to come back. Company products are constantly
changing and services are being updated. Your web site should reflect these
changes. Regularly updating your content keeps your site fresh and is also
an incentive for potential customers to re-visit your site. Inspired Graphics
Media designed its site with a Web Design of the Month feature. Several
regular clients check back each month to see if their site is being featured.
While here, they are also able to view our latest promotions and other news.
Once your web site is up and running, consider purchasing a maintenance
package. You do not have to be an existing web design client to
become an Inspired Graphics Media maintenance client. However,
all of our site design clients receive THREE MONTHS of free updates,
dated from the time of the project's completion. (Please
note that free updates include minor text and photo additions/deletions.
It does not include the creation of new pages or any updates that will disturb
the design of the site).
Inspired Graphics Media accepts all maintenance clients on a retainer basis.
Once you have paid a retainer fee, which starts at $200, we will deduct
the maintenance work we do on your site from the fee using our standard
hourly rate of $50. Inspired Graphics Media bills by the minute to ensure
that you are only charged for work we do on your site. When the retainer
lowers to $25, we send you a courtesy e-mail to ask if you would like to
continue the contract by paying another retainer or closing out the maintenance
with the remaining $25. By keeping in constant communication with you about
your retainer balance, there are never any surprise bills.
